Welcome to Clear Zone Nursery.  Clear Zone is a 100 acre wholesale nursery located in the heart of Central Louisiana. Clear Zone is the epitome of “out of the box” thinking and creativity.  Everything about Clear Zone since its inception has been unique.  Located on an abandoned golf course, Clear Zone’s majority owner, Jay Pearson, envisioned and imagined multiple uses for this beautiful land.  With a state of the art irrigation system already in place, plenty of sunshine, lots of open space, and just the right amount of majestic oak trees to provide needed shade, this dormant golf course was the perfect place to build Alexandria’s largest wholesale nursery. Adding to the “unique factor”, Clear Zone lies in the “Clear Zone” of the Alexandria International Airport.  No structural buildings can ever be built in a clear zone of an airport, once again making this land ideal for a nursery.  Plus, with such close proximity to the airport and also to Interstate 49 (which is less than a mile away), Clear Zone can truly provide fast and dependable delivery service to any location in the United States.
